At Hiebing, we believe the best ideas are built together. As a full-service marketing agency, we help brands create momentum through strategy, creativity and meaningful connections with the people they serve. Our culture is grounded in a We Before Me mindset, where collaboration, curiosity and continuous learning drive how we work. We also believe in making an impact beyond our clients, donating thousands of hours each year to organizations creating meaningful change in our communities.

If you're eager to learn, ready to contribute and excited to work alongside talented people who care deeply about the work and each other, we'd love to meet you.

The Public Relations, Social Media & Content team is responsible for telling brand stories that resonate with our clients' target audiences through earned media, social media, influencer partnerships and a variety of owned content channels. As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting integrated marketing programs while developing your skills across public relations, social media and content creation.

You'll help identify industry trends, write social media copy and press materials, monitor social conversations, conduct research to support strategic recommendations, coordinate project tasks and explore how AI-enabled tools can enhance research, content development and workflow efficiency while maintaining quality, creativity and strategic thinking.

The ideal candidate is a curious, critical thinker who is detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn. You enjoy writing, staying on top of emerging trends, collaborating with others and exploring new technologies—including AI—to improve how work gets done while recognizing that sound judgment, creativity and human insight remain essential.
