Social Media Account Executive

Hiebing is seeking a Social Media Account Executive to join our PR, Social & Content team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of full-time experience who wants to make an impact in social media in a big way. You'll help develop and execute social strategies, create engaging content, manage day-to-day social channels, and collaborate with integrated teams to bring brand stories to life across platforms.
The right candidate is equal parts strategic thinker, creative storyteller, and social media enthusiast—someone who stays ahead of emerging trends, understands what drives engagement, and is passionate about helping brands build authentic relationships with their audiences.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Develop social media creative, including creating social media calendars, capturing and editing social videos, concepting and writing for social, and using target social behavior insights to shape creative
- Stay current on new and existing social media platforms, tools, best practices and how organizations are using them, so that the agency can make informed recommendations to clients
- Contribute to social media strategy and content marketing planning, partnering within the department, with the Media team to develop amplification plans and with other agency departments to ensure integration and excellence
- Measure the effectiveness of social media and content marketing plans, sharing best practices, helping businesses to grow
- Collaborate with media to ensure creative is accurately placed and QA’d
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients
- Collaborate effectively as a team member within the Public Relations, Social Media and Content department and with other agency teams and associates
- The successful candidate should possess 2-4 years of social media experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment and ability to thrive under pressure
- The ideal candidate should have a can-do attitude, curiosity, integrity and a We Before Me philosophy
- Ability to articulate and understand the emotional context and motivations of varying target markets to create true brand devotion
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including strong presentation skills

Work Environment & Eligibility
