The Brand Development department is the strategic heart of the organization, responsible for keeping the target at the core as we lead strategy and execution on behalf of our clients’ brands and businesses
As a Brand Development Account Executive, you build on a strategic marketing foundation by deepening your understanding of target insights, client business realities, and industry dynamics to fuel smarter ideas and stronger work. You serve as the day-to-day account lead and primary point of contact across multiple client businesses, partnering closely with project management and cross-functional teams to deliver work on time, on scope, and on budget. You strengthen your ability to translate client feedback into clear direction, separating opinion from target-led insight so work stays on the right strategic course.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead day-to-day account management across multiple client businesses as the primary point of contact and internal hub of communication.
  • Own project clarity and delivery: guide briefs, scopes, timelines, and budgets, anticipating issues and adjusting the process to keep work moving on time and on budget.
  • Manage overall client budgets and monthly billing with an eye toward accuracy and profitability.
  • Bring a target-led, strategic lens to the work: understand client business and marketing objectives, apply target/market insight and data-led thinking, and help simplify complex problems into clear direction.
  • Elevate the work through feedback and learning: share trends and insights, and provide constructive input rooted in strategy and the target.
  • Lead client and internal meetings and presentations with clear expectations, decisions, and next steps.
  • Build strong client partnerships by probing for real needs, translating feedback into actionable guidance, and helping clients stay ahead with relevant opportunities and momentum-building thinking.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across creative, digital, media, PR/social, insights/research, and project management to ensure alignment and strong execution.
  • Support team growth through mentorship, training, and oversight of junior account teammates as applicable; participate in internal initiatives and new business efforts as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2 to 4 years of agency or brand management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and clients, including timelines, scopes, and budgets, with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment; comfortable as a clear communication hub.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence leading meetings and presentations.
  • Ability to think strategically and use target, market, and performance inputs to guide recommendations and decisions.
  • High integrity, positive energy, and a standard-of-excellence mindset; embodies curiosity and a “We Before Me” philosophy.
  • Degree in marketing, strategic communications, consumer behavior, or related field is a plus.
  • Ability to work hybrid in an open-office environment.
  • Ability to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
